Travel to Toulouse
Free transportation pass (metro, bus, tram, shuttle to/from airport), 1 day before to 1 day after the congress, will be offered to all registered participants. More information will follow.
The congress venue is situated 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes by foot from the Capitole square.
It can easily be reached by car or on foot with public transport.

Plane
The Toulouse Blagnac International Airport is located 8 km (approx. 15-20 minutes) from the city centre.
It provides direct flights to 87 destinations, 73 of which are international flights. There are 72 flights a day between Toulouse and Paris (flight time: 1 hour).

There are airport shuttles right in front of the congress venue.
Airport Shuttle Bus
The airport shuttle leaves every half an hour between 5:40am and 00:10am and takes 20 minutes to get to the congress venue.
Price: 9 Euros each way
Directions: The airport shuttle leaves from outside the main terminal.
Tickets can be bought next to the tram stop (ensure you buy the shuttle ticket and not a standard one).
The shuttle bus stop is to the right of the tram stop as you exit the terminal.
Destination: The airport shuttle stops at Compans Caffarelli, which is the site of the congress venue.
Train
The Toulouse Matabiau train station is located close to the city centre.
Toulouse is 4.5 hours from Paris by high-speed train, 2 hours from Montpellier, and 2 hours from Bordeaux.
Toulouse is directly connected to Barcelona Sants train station in 3 hours.
Metro
The B line stop “Compans Caffarelli” is located 1 minute by foot from the congress venue.
The metro operates from Sunday to Thursday from 5:15 am to midnight, and Friday and Saturday until 2:00 am.
Tram
Get on at the “Palais de Justice” stop, then on line B and stop at “Compans Caffarelli”.
Car & parking
Toulouse is connected directly by motorway with the main capitals of North and South Europe. The Paris-Bordeaux-Montpellier motorway is at the junction of the highway.
You can find underground parking at “Compans Caffarelli”.
