• Please add the name of the conference, date, exhibitor’s name and booth number on all stand material
• The venue cannot provide boxes, tape or plastic to wrap. All exhibitors have to provide this themselves or book through DSV in advance
• All the paperwork has to be done by the owner of the items or by DSV
• The venue is not responsible for the loss of any item
