VAT: All registration fees include 20 % VAT.
* If up to date with the membership fee for the year 2024/2025 at time of registration.
** Application for Allied Health Professional fee should be certified by a certificate stating the applicant’s status at the time of registration, to be up-loaded during the registration process.
*** Application for the residents/fellows/trainees fee should be certified by a letter from the head of the department stating the applicant’s status at the time of registration, to be up-loaded during the registration process.

- Conference materials

Registration fee for Accompanying Persons includes:

Note: The accompanying person fee does not include admission to the scientific sessions, the exhibition area or any meals during the EPOS 2025.
Accompanying persons can purchase tickets for the Gala Dinner and Charity Run through the registration system.
There is also a separate Social Programme with excursions only for accompanying persons. Find more information about the programme here

Terms & Conditions
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to CAP Partner at registration@cap-partner.eu.
Cancellations postmarked before and on 10 February 2025 will be refunded deducting an administration fee of € 30.
After 10 February 2025 registration fees are non-refundable.
Refunds by bank transfer or credit card will be processed after the conference. No refunds will be granted in case of a no-show.
The gala dinner ticket is not refundable.
Payment
Payment is possible by invoice (bank transfer) or credit card (Master or VISA). Upon completion of the registration, an automated email confirmation will be sent. Depending on the method of payment, the invoice or credit card receipt will be attached. The PDF is an original and the only copy you will receive.
Disclaimer
If the conference is cancelled due to other unforeseen events beyond the control of the organisers, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the conference.
Sharing of contact details
CAP Partner has been appointed the official Conference Organiser for EPOS 2025. CAP Partner will collect and store all personal data through the online registration system and will be treated by CAP Partner only for organisational purposes, in particular for matters in relation to the preparation and execution of the conference, hereunder registration and information about the conference.
Your data will not be passed on to any third party unless you have accepted to share your contact details with sponsors and exhibitors during the registration process.
Invitation letter
Participants requiring an official letter of invitation to obtain a visa are kindly asked to contact the Registration Team at registration@cap-partner.eu.
The letter will only be issued to registered participants who have paid their registration fee in full. Please note that the letter aims to assist participants who need to obtain a visa, or permission to attend the conference, and is not an official invitation letter covering fees or any other expenses.
If a participant’s application for a visa is refused, the Conference Organiser will refund the paid registration fees only when a copy of the refusal letter is received before 1 March 2025.
Applicants should contact the nearest local Embassy or Consulate to determine the appropriate timing and conditions of the visa application.
